We chose to explore the Quinault forest instead of the Hoh rainforest as it was closer to the main highway and we had limited time of 3 nights and 4 days to drive the entire loop …

We chose to explore the Quinault forest instead of the Hoh rainforest as it was closer to the main highway and we had limited time of 3 nights and 4 days to drive the entire loop and back to Portland. We also decided to stay 2 nights in a cabin on Lake Quinault which was a good choice. There are many short and longer nature trails in the area.

There are some beautiful photos of waterfalls and cascades in the group that is shown. Are the waterfalls a long and/or hard walk or are some of them located within a mile or two from the trailhead?
A:
We drove to each waterfall and they were easily accessed. We got a map and followed it.
